Position
Summary:
This is an individual contributor role that is responsible for timekeeping and administration duties for assigned locations and facilities.
Organizational Relationship:
Reports directly to the Payroll Manager - Payroll Services.
Accountabilities:
Responsible for timely and accurate performance of timekeeping duties for assigned facilities and locations, including but not limited to:
Process the time for payroll each week and meeting required deadlines. This may require an earlier start time and/or later end time on Mondays each week.
Send the necessary hours totals to Payroll, Accounting and appropriate external partners, such as temporary agencies.
Maintain daily attendance/points.
Train supervisors on the timekeeping system, update procedures and maintain all training materials/work flows, etc.
Process any retroactive or bonus loads to the Payroll department
Back up the Kronos Specialist in functions such as system pay rules, accruals, and attendance.
Provide monthly reports for Incentive payouts and Perfect attendance to HR managers.
Ability to travel as required. Estimated travel currently anticipated for this position is
Participate in Reception Desk coverage pool.
Liaison for unemployment claims routing to the appropriate HR manager.
Provides monthly Head Count report to HR Technology, and weekly report to the Field HR Director.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Prior experience with Kronos timekeeping systems is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle multiple tasks and functions in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Education &
Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent is minimally required.
4 year degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred.
