Maintenance Technician-Fairfield Inn & Suites
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Respond and resolve in a timely, professional manner to guest requests for room maintenance.
Complete preventative maintenance tasks throughout the hotel and guest rooms.
Completes basic work order requests, such as; general plumbing, furniture repair, general electrical, general maintenance issues, etc.
Communicates with Hotel Leadership on current maintenance work orders Maintains appearance of exterior of the building by pressing washing, take out trash, landscaping, etc.
Understands about the hotel's life safety systems and completes monthly checks on safety equipment.
Work alongside Housekeeping to have complete understanding of guest room status.
Completes other duties assigned by Management Qualifications Include (not limited to):
Must be authorized to work in the United States High School diploma or equivalent One year experience in a similar job preferred Ability to utilize hand tools Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills are a must.
Must be willing to work weekends, nights, days, and holidays.
Must be able to read, write and speak English Must be willing to work as a team and solo.
Salary:
$21 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
