Project Coordinator/Manager

We are rapidly growing and looking for the right person to grow with us.
This will be a remote role that will have occasional meetings in Jasper Indiana and Austin Texas as needed.
We manufacture furniture primarily for hotels and restaurants, with thousands of installations around the world, including notable custom projects, such as:
Caesars Palace LV, Four Seasons Los Cabos & The Knickerbocker NYC.
We're also approved manufacturers for several brand programs, including Hilton Tru, Home2 & Holiday Inn.
This role will require someone with excellent organizational and time management skills, as you will be responsible for assisting with multiple quotes and projects running concurrently.
You should also have a high level of flexibility, be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and have great communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties Assist our quote, project & product teams in- Working as an intermediary between customers and our satellite offices and factories to accurately enter and communicate specifications, requirements, approvals, timelines and updates.
Maintaining tracking spreadsheets for open quotes & orders to assist in completing all open quotes & projects per the established timelines.
Creating and maintaining project folders on our server.
Managing aftercare repair and replacement orders in a timely manner in collaboration with our aftercare team.
Receiving, logging and sending small samples between our customers and satellite offices and factories.
Qualifications and Skills Organized and efficient time manager.
Clear and concise communicator- both written and oral.
Proactive problem solver.
Customer service oriented.
College degree preferred.
